RULES
I. As a selective blog, I reserve the right to roleplay and not roleplay with whoever I choose.II. I’m totes okay with partners reminding me that it’s my turn to post! I am a scatterbrain and sometimes just lose muse altogether, so a reminder will not tick me off!III. Honesty is the best policy! I will do my best to let you know if I’ve lost interest in a plot for whatever reason so we can either plot some more or try something new! Also, do not be afraid to let me know the same.IV. This blog will definitely contain NSFW, especially violence and blood considering the source material. While I am willing to roleplay sexual content, I will likely be SUPER picky about it. Rule of thumb: ask first. Each character is different, has different preferences, sexualities, etc. I will tag nsfw things with a nsfw tag and possibly others with a tw in front if I deem it necessary, but I will not use read mores. They make reblog editing too clunky. No one is forcing you to read it, so please just blacklist whatever tag it is accordingly. (NSFW tag: .:not sfw:.)V. All of my muses will be solely portrayed and inspired by only Dragonball Z and possibly GT and/Dragonball in the slight chance that ever comes up. Super will have little to no influence on my portrayal of these characters. However, that does not mean I will not RP with characters from Super and that only appear in Super! I'm also willing to compromise to some degree if people want to RP in that era, but Super's era/events will not be a go to on this blog.
VI. This blog is multiship (each ship with the same muse will be considered a different “universe”), multiverse, AU, crossover, and OC friendly! As mentioned, I will only roleplay from mostly the eras/canon of Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, and some games. With Nabooru on the roster, I am still open to roleplaying strictly LoZ verses as well! I love crossovers! My verses, your verses, hit me up!VII. I do allow shipping but, again, talk to me about it first! This goes for even canonically established relationships with my muses. I will not force a ship that I want, and I expect the same courtesy in return. The following are character-specific shipping rules:- Gohan and Videl (Hanvi) is not the endgame for my iteration of Gohan or Videl. I will still of course roleplay this ship, but please talk to me before just assuming!
- While I do have a ship between Nabooru and Vegeta as part of the main canon of this blog, I will in no way force that or even the plot I have going on any other Vegeta rper. As mentioned, I will not force ships and prefer to ship with chemistry and development with all my characters.
- My iteration of Bardock never “married” Gine in a traditional sense and is not in any established relationship with her. At best, they were very good friends with benefits. I stick with the OG lore of DB and how he was portrayed in Bardock: Father of Goku and NOT the DBS Broly movie/the Granolah Arc. In short, marriage/love/relationships were not common for Saiyans, and, though his care for her as a weaker Saiyan that worked as a butcher was probably out of the ordinary, that was as far as the relationship went. Again, I am willing to rp with Gine muses, but I will very likely not do so in a way in which they’re married in that traditional sense (AUs are of course a different conversation with him and all my characters).
- Similar to Gohan, Vegeta and Bulma (Vegebul) will not necessarily be endgame/main verse for my Vegeta. I’m sure plenty of you have read my rants, but I personally do not think the relationship is realistic or handled well in canon, and I do not personally see them being “in love” (especially on Vegeta’s end) or “married.“ At best, they have an arrangement of sorts (Bulma lets him live there, eat, and train as long as he agrees to allow her to call him her husband to save her and the company’s image with having a child out of wedlock as well as keep from confusing Trunks as he grows up)/a common law marriage. That does not mean I will not RP with Bulma muses, nor does it mean I am not open to trying to do better than canon does at developing them into something believable and respectful to both characters. Again, development with ANY muse is ESPECIALLY key for Vegeta.VIII. Mun is 18+! I will not roleplay smut with anyone under the age of 18!IX. Mun does not equal muse! What my muses say/do does not necessarily mean I agree with it or condone it! I play plenty of muses that are morally gray at best and others that are absolute assholes who not only will kill but enjoy it to some degree or other. I cannot guarantee they will be nice or even civil if they do not see a reason to be. I will not water down my muses nor strip them of their personalities to suit people because they get insulted by something my muse says or does. Please do not take their assholery personally or as an attack from me, the mun! <3X. Unless stated otherwise, the art that appears on this blog does not belong to me. As of now, all of my icons come from the original Dragonball manga by Akira Toriyama. I will credit a few fanart things I’m using at the bottom of this list.XI. If you support call out culture in any way, be it making such posts yourself, reblogging them, or even stating that you’re neutral on them, and I see this on your blog, I will quietly unfollow you.I despise call out posts and the culture it creates. I’ve seen people be the victims of them for no more than a petty argument over something insubstantial or even a full on misunderstanding. The damage this behavior does is more serious than I feel people understand, and I will not tolerate perpetuating it.I fully believe that they are unnecessary. Work things out in private. If they don’t want to change, tell your friends and others about it in private if the behavior is such a concern to you and you worry about them. It’s not your job to make decisions for others, and, yes, mob mentality is a thing. You see a post swirling around on multiple blogs, you’re bound to get swept up in it without thinking for yourself. Again, this is in no way personal or even because I don’t want to roleplay at all with these characters. I’m basically just tired of trying to discern if every new GB/Zamasu blog that shows up is a certain individual that has a habit of constantly changing blogs/URLs. The eldest son of Goku and Chi-Chi. Since his youth, he aspired to become a great scholar, his studies often taking precedence over martial arts training at the behest of his mother. The small family’s peaceful life in the country forever changed when a mysterious alien invaded the Earth. One of the last remaining members of the Saiyan race, he claimed he was Goku’s brother and, thus, Gohan’s uncle. In order to convince Goku to comply with his wishes, Raditz took the young Gohan hostage. After the Saiyan’s defeat, Gohan’s training in martial arts began, against his will and under the tutelage of Piccolo, his father’s former adversary. The chain of events to follow, from one life-threatening crisis to the next, would shape Gohan into the man he would become. Grappling with his unique Saiyan-human hybridity and what that means, his desire to chase his dreams to become a scholar and training to protect his loved ones, he works to find balance in his life and strives to achieve both goals.

Born the prince of the Saiyans with a far above average power level for an infant, Vegeta was promised the universe. To bring glory to his family name and his race and achieve legendary status. His rise to power over the Saiyan race was soon interrupted and ultimately obliterated by Frieza, who bartered for the young prince with his father and soon after destroyed their planet and race. Tiring of servitude to the tyrant and not buying his bogus story about a meteor destroying his birth rite, Vegeta vowed to destroy Frieza and bring glory back to the Saiyan name. This ambition led him to Earth and the Dragonballs, and his one-track goal would soon be altered permanently with his embarrassing defeat at the hands of the third class Saiyan, Kakarot, and his friends. Driven by this obsession and his rage with Goku stealing his revenge and his ascension to legend, Vegeta seeks to surpass and defeat Kakarot and restore his honor as the elite Saiyan prince.

Nabooru had one dream in life from the day she could form one: to become the greatest warrior the Gerudo had ever seen and join the Elite of the tribe. From the moment she could hold a wooden sword, there was no doubt she would prove to be a prodigy. She took her training seriously and to the next level at every chance she got, and by the age of 8 was able to keep up with 15 to 16 year olds training to be officially initiated into Gerudo society. At 14 she was the youngest to undergo the trials of initiation successfully, making her the youngest to complete them in living memory. In light of her new duties and learning the ins and outs of how the tribe truly operated, her ambitions shifted to a desire to help her people improve their lives. To do so, she once more filled her schedule with all the training she could, the second in command and most skilled warrior at the time taking note and training her, along with any studies she felt would aid her. During this time, she also befriended the future Gerudo king and he eventually chose her as his second in command upon his coronation. However, due to their relationship, she insisted she and the other top candidates compete for the right of the position. As expected, she came out on top and was instated as the second in command of the Gerudo. In this position, she came face to face with the troubles that haunted her people and the sour relationship they held with the rest of Hyrule after the civil war. With said war leaving their supplies and numbers at an all time low, she understood the difficulty of her people's position, worsened by the prejudice against them. Due to a difference in opinion on how to alleviate their people’s problems, Nabooru and Ganondorf found themselves disagreeing with how to proceed: Ganondorf planned to use a mystical relic called the Triforce to bring the Gerudo prosperity while Nabooru hoped to manage a peaceful solution and move on, creating a better life for them by their own means and power. However, when a certain galactic tyrant arrived on their planet, offering them a way to alleviate their problems all on their own with a little training in what he and his soldiers called ki, the king and second in command agreed that this was their best hope to change their destiny. But if would come at a cost: the planet, once conquered, would ultimately belong to Frieza, and Nabooru would join his forces.

Born to the lower classes of Saiyan society, Bardock's paths in life were abysmally limited to either some grunt work or trade or a soldier in the Saiyan army. For bardock, the choice was simple: a stand out in his class, he made a name for himself in the army quickly. Despite this, the class lines within Saiyan society rigidly locked him in place. Those who trained and served closest with Bardock helped argue his case and usefulness to the army and later the Frieza force, and Bardock was granted his own squadron of warriors, a role typically reserved for higher classed elites. He and his team set out to prove themselves, taking on any job they could get their hands on no matter the difficulty. Their sheer power and camaraderie made them a force to be reckoned with and their success rate near flawless. Unfortunately, their success garnered the wrong attention, and Frieza’s mounting fear of the Saiyans led the tyrant to see them as a threat. He ordered Dodoria to kill them. Bardock arrived late, only to find his team dead and nearly suffer the same at Dodoria’s hands. Bardock survives and returns to planet Vegeta, visions of its destruction and Frieza’s betrayal fresh in his mind. When none of his peers believe him, he attacks Frieza on his own. His last stand...or it would be if a time-traveling demon hadn't taken a shine to him...
